2024 Oral History Australia Biennial Conference Call for Presentations and Keynote Speaker Announced

We are delighted to announce, along with our co-hosts Oral History Australia, that one of the world’s leading authorities on oral history, Alessandro Portelli, will be a keynote speaker at the next Oral History Australia Biennial Conference to be held in Melbourne from 21 to 24 November 2024.

The conference features the theme ‘The Power of Oral History—Risks, Rewards & Responsibilities’ and will be held at Trinity College on the campus of the University of Melbourne. A Call for Presentations is now available and proposals can be submitted up to the deadline of 1 April 2024.

Registrations Open for OHV Talking About Listening seminar

Registrations have opened for theOHV Talking About Listening Seminar – Oral Histories exploring HIV nursing during the AIDS crisis coming up on Monday the 9th of October, 7pm.
